This week a study was released showing that there is very little difference between diets. It is not the diet per se but the ratio of calories consumed to those burned that determines success. One way you can improve your weight loss is by simply spending a minimum of 5 minutes a day visualizing yourself thinner, healthier, eating sensibly and being happier. Studies show that happy people do better on diets, have a better immune system and live longer. Along with watching your calories and exercising, add a little happiness to your diet and you will be amazed at the results.
